At Orient Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury timepiece does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the watch you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely packed inside a shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
